The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. the outdoor space was lovely, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a special Balinese cake that I already miss!
The shower water was cold, which was not mentioned in the description, leading to an unpleasant surprise. the bed was also uncomfortable, sinking in the middle and in need of flipping.

I recently stayed at Yasa in Ubud for a week and it was one of the best hostels I've ever experienced. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The beds are big and comfortable, just as they appear in the pictures. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I appreciated being able to make coffee or tea whenever I wanted. The staff at Yasa Backpackers House were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The capsule beds were spacious and comfortable, with privacy curtains for added convenience. The outdoor seating area and koi pond added a nice touch to the ambiance. Despite being a bit away from the center, it was still within walking distance to bars and restaurants. a hidden gem in Ubud that I would highly recommend.
